I make a new friend. I invite a coworker out for lunch. I start a club at my gym with other members who are interested in vegetarian eating.
I read something inspiring or study spiritual texts. I ask my librarian for suggestions.
I try a new vegetable. I visit a farmer’s market and ask them to recommend more exciting salad greens.
Best of all, I do someone a favor. Being kind and generous is the most gratifying way to spend my time. I take my dog for a longer walk or bake cookies for my friends at the office.
Today, I regard each day as precious. I live every moment to the fullest.
