Although I am occasionally tempted to focus on the future, I find that when I live in the here and now, my life is smoother. I stay interested in what is in front of me because that is when I have the most control.
I achieve more of my goals because I concentrate on the present moment. I worry less about what can happen. When I refuse to waste the time I have now, I am investing in my future and working towards my goals.
I understand that routine tasks are part of life. However, I embrace the moments when I can engage in activities that truly enrich my life.
I give my all to whatever I am doing in the present.
I see each moment as an opportunity to accomplish something, regardless of how small or insignificant it may seem. My life is abundant because I live in the present.
Today, I continue to live in the moment. However, I also keep the big picture in mind.
When I make the connection between the goals that I want to achieve and the power of this moment, I realize that I can create the life I seek. Living for the moment is the wisest path for me.
