Each morning when I open my eyes, I acknowledge that I have been given another opportunity to do my best, so I commit to giving 100% effort to make the most of this gift.
I give my all in everything I do. I feel that if something is worth doing, then it is worth doing well.
Even boring tasks command my best effort. I try to do them as quickly as possible to get them out of the way and move on to something more exhilarating, but I still ensure that they are done to the best of my ability.
Stressful, uncomfortable or difficult situations also tempt me to give less or give up, but I push past them and keep giving the most I can.
As an employee, I recognize that I have this job because my employer needs me. I use that thought to remind myself of my responsibility to give all my effort to my daily tasks.
My relationships with friends and family also deserve my full effort to keep them positive and healthy. To strengthen our relationship, I keep in touch, uplift them when they need help, and take time to make cherished memories together.
Today, I feel accomplished when I achieve good things because I know they come from my giving 100%.
